Will Moore Mr. Moore was lynched in Ten Mile, Mississippi for the murder of J.H. Rogers who managed a sawmill in that particular town. A photo postcard depicts the accused hanging from a tree by his neck. His shirt is ripped down to expose his chest and his pants are in tatters to suggest dragging or a brutal beating.
